Methodmaths has teamed up with some of the countries top teachers to offer you a cost effective but impactful alternative to private tuition. If you prefer to take part in high quality lessons with the option of chat interaction, this could be the solution for you. You learn maths by doing maths so your teacher will give you examples to try and homework tasks on methodmaths that will reinforce your learning. Each lesson is 45 minutes long with 15 minutes set aside for you to practice with the support of your methodmaths teacher.

FAQS
What do our live lessons actually look like?
When you log in, you’ll be able to access the members page including live stream and chat facility. There are no cameras or microphones for students. You will be able to see your tutor and the lesson on the screen. You can also get the lessons content in advance if you prefer to attempt the work ahead of time. Your teacher is there to support, guide and check in with you weekly as you prepare for your exam.
Do I have to contribute to the lessons?
We encourage all of our students to get involved and ask questions during the live lessons. However, you are not obliged to contribute to the chat if you fully understand the concepts being taught. Our aim is to create a safe and low pressure environment so that you can confidently make progress.
Are your sessions suitable for homeschooled children?
Absolutely! Our live lessons are perfect if you want access to great teaching which you can access at anytime via the scheduled live lessons or play backs.
Are sessions recorded?
Sessions are recorded and available to rewatch on your members page within 24 hours of their live delivery. Replays will be available for 4 weeks after each session.
I've finished my GCSE's, how do I unsubscribe?
Your subscription will automatically renew each month and can be cancelled at any time by managing your account once logged in. Any issues, justget in contact here.
My child is is Year 7-9, are the sessions suitable for them?
Yes! Many UK schools begin teaching GCSE content in Year 9, making this a great fit. For Year 7/8 students, the Core Academy is especially effective for building strong foundational skills early, while the live chat support lets them ask questions discreetly if they encounter higher-level topics.
